Job summary

Speedy Glass USA in Anchorage is seeking a full-time Driver to handle deliveries, pickups and warehouse duties. You’ll load and unload, drive the company vehicle, and maintain vehicle appearance while following safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, reporting discrepancies, and assisting with branch operations. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs are required; compensation ranges from $18–$20 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer relations abilities.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of the local market area.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs intermittently and 35 lbs routinely; occasional overhead lifting.
• Valid drivers license without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Load truck accurately and safely for deliveries.
• Unload truck at customer or branch locations.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver to customers and stock pickups.
• Maintain appearance of the company truck and complete inspections.
• Follow safety policies and professional conduct.
• Assist in branch appearance and warehouse cleanliness.
• Report back orders and discrepancies.
• Assist in quarterly inventories across branches.
• Process pickups, check-in and inventory of supplies.
• File claims for damaged product and supplies.
• Ensure unused or damaged product is returned per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
