Job summary

Harlow Aerostructures LLC, a leading aerospace components supplier, is seeking a local delivery driver to operate company vans and box trucks in the Wichita area. You will load/unload, perform routine vehicle inspections, and assist with crate-building for shipping parts.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Driver's License with a clean history, and the ability to pass security screening. Must have at least 1 year of local driving experience and be 21 or older.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Wichita Metro Area required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attendance history is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive company van and box truck for local delivery and pickup of parts and goods.
• Load and unload of company vehicles.
• Complete daily vehicle inspection logs.
• Clean and perform general maintenance of vehicles.
• Receive items for shop use and log parts for delivery.
• Build large wooden crates for shipping parts as needed.
• Break down boxes as required.

Job description

• Drive Company Van and Box Truck for local delivery and pick up of parts and goods
• Loading and unloading of company vehicles
• Complete daily vehicle inspection logs
• Cleaning and General Maintenance of vehicle
• Receiving of items intended for shop use
• Counting and logging all parts for delivery
• General Carpentry-build large wooden crates for shipping parts
• Breaking down boxes as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and Harlow Aerostructures LLC
