Job summary

EPIQ Logistics in Philadelphia is hiring Delivery Drivers to operate a company-provided van, complete local routes, and deliver Amazon packages to customers on a daily schedule.

No CDL is required. Paid training, weekly pay, PTO and health insurance where applicable, plus full-time and part-time opportunities. You’ll work with dispatch support while enjoying independence on your route, earning $23.25–$24.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a safe driving record.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Be able to repeatedly lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Be comfortable independently managing an assigned route.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van.
• Delivering Amazon packages to residential and commercial customers.
• Organizing and loading packages before leaving the delivery station.
• Following assigned routes throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
• Using delivery technology and GPS navigation to locate customer addresses.
• Completing scheduled deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Performing required vehicle inspections before and after shifts.
• Reporting vehicle or maintenance concerns when necessary.
• Following all applicable traffic laws, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintaining safe and responsible driving habits.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Providing professional and courteous customer service.
• Communicating with dispatch when route assistance is required.
