Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to service customers from a base at 59624 Linden Road, IN 46614. You will make 10–12 stops daily, handle freight, and complete required paperwork with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The role requires a CDL A/B with hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain within 60 days), 21+ years old, and a clean driving record. You’ll perform DOT-regulated paperwork, daily inspections, and customer service duties to support our operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; English reading/writing proficiency.
• Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent truck driving school certification; valid CDL A or B.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day, while handling freight and completing paperwork.
• Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
• Complete hazardous material shipping papers per DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to meet business goals.
• Continuously learn about Linde’s operations to support company growth.

What makes you great

• You have a high school diploma or GED, along with proficiency in reading and writing in English
• You will have two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School, along with a valid Class A or B CDL
• This role requires you to be 21 years or older
• You currently have a hazmat endorsement on your CDL or must obtain one within 60 days of hire
• You are expected to not have any preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two (2) years
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten (10) years
• You must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate
