Payrate: PBNA $27.25 / hour
Note: Pay increases to $30.00 per hour after training while on route.

This position involves delivering products to stores on established routes or via dynamic dispatch, including convenience stores, small supermarkets, and drug stores, with an average of 15-20 stops per day. Responsibilities include driving the delivery vehicle, unloading products, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, generating invoices, and daily settlement of cash and charges. The role requires frequent interaction with store management.

This is labor-intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds multiple times a day, as well as reaching, squatting, and bending in various weather conditions. Long hours may be required during peak seasons.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Deliver products, serve customers, and execute promotions at multiple stores daily.
• Operate trucks requiring a valid CDL license.
• Service all scheduled customers by the end of each shift.
• Merchandise and rotate products according to standards.
• Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and breakdowns to move products.
• Establish positive relationships with store contacts.
• Comply with operating procedures and DOT regulations.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 21 years or older.
• Pass drug test and physical capabilities test.
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (California specifics apply).
• Pass DOT physical and road test.

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

• Operating trucks with CDL.
• Delivering directly to stores.
• Merchandising and stocking products.
• Operating handheld computers and equipment.
• Working in warehouse environments.
