Job summary

Linde plc. is hiring a delivery driver in the United States. You will make 10-12 stops daily, handle freight, complete paperwork, and deliver excellent service to customers.

Responsibilities include accurate counting of products delivered and picked up, HDMT paperwork per DOT rules, and daily pre/post trip inspections. You will also identify maintenance needs and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; proficient in reading and writing in English.
• Two years of driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification with a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Hazmat endorsement on CDL or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate.
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift a minimum of 75 pounds.

• You will build both relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers to meet goals and objectives of the business and customer needs
• You will continuously build your knowledge on how Linde’s business operates and succeeds to help organization to continue growing

What makes you great

• You have a high school diploma or GED, along with proficiency in reading and writing in English
• You will have two (2) years of consecutive driving experience or recent certification from a Truck Driving School, along with a valid Class A CDL
• This role requires you to be 21 years or older
• You currently have a hazmat endorsement on your CDL or must obtain one within 60 days of hire
• You are expected to not have any preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in the past two (2) years
• No alcohol-related convictions within the last ten (10) years
• You must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical certificate
