Job summary

R.E. Michel Company, LLC is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to join our State College, PA team. This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on safe, timely deliveries, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining professional interaction with customers and coworkers.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturday shifts, drive with a focus on safety, and eligible for comprehensive employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• DOT physical card must be obtained and maintained upon hire.
• Satisfactory, safe driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate forklift.
• Monday through Friday schedule with some Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate, load, and unload delivery trucks.
• Deliver products to customer locations efficiently and on time.
• Maintain vehicles with proper fluids and cleanliness.
• Complete delivery records accurately.
• Uphold professionalism when interacting with coworkers and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in reading maps/directions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to read and understand invoices and product descriptions

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
