Tonna Mechanical is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and field operations in Minnesota. You will receive inventory, organize materials, prepare job orders, and handle local deliveries and pickups at job sites and homes.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and comfort driving locally. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with the Warehouse Manager, and help ensure accurate documentation and efficient inventory control.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally to job sites and residences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete paperwork and inventory documentation accurately.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
• Stock and organize materials in proper warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory rotation (FIFO) and proper paperwork.
• Sign, date, and file packing slips and receiving docs.
• Scan and assign materials to job numbers or vehicles.
