Job summary

InnoSoul, Inc. seeks a Senior Curam Developer with Java, ReactJS, and Curam expertise to support NC FAST development and maintenance.

You will collaborate with NC DHHS FNS to implement backlog changes, fix defects, and enhance payment error reduction efforts using evidence automation, QC alerts, and batch processing. Strong Curam and WebSphere skills are required, with cloud and API experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing web applications using J2EE, XML and related tools.
• Cúram V6/7/8 Certified Developer. V8 preferred.
• Social enterprise management experience.
• Experience as a Curam Developer across full life cycle from requirements through functional design and testing.
• Experience with Curam Enterprise Framework and Curam Solution Modules.
• Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues.
• Experience translating highly technical concepts to both technical and non-IT business users.
• Proficiency with MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers by responding to needs and exhibiting urgency.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex technical procedures.
• Experience using Curam Enterprise Framework Components, IEG2, CERT.
• Knowledge of Eclipse, HTML, CSS, and Web Services standards (SOAP/WSDL).

Responsibilities

• Provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design and programming for NC FAST app dev and maintenance using Java, ReactJS and Curam technologies.
• Collaborate with NC DHHS FNS team to design, develop and maintain code for backlog changes and defect fixes.
• Support FNS payment error rate reduction efforts including evidence automations, case approvals, proactive QC alerts, etc.
• Work with the application development team across FNS and other program areas to develop code based on requirements and backlog.
• Coordinate with release team for source control, code build and release activities for the FNS codebase.

NC DHHS requires the services of a Senior Java and Curam developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design and programming for NC FAST application development and maintenance using Java, ReactJS and Curam programming technologies.

NC DHHS requires the services of a Senior Java and Curam developer to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design and programming for NC FAST application development and maintenance operations using Java, ReactJS and Curam programming technologies. This role will work with the NC FAST Food Nutrition Services (FNS) team to design, develop and maintain the code for some of the enhancements based on the backlog of change requests from the business including help fix some of the defects from the backlog. This role will help support the FNS payment error rate reduction related efforts that includes evidence automations, Case approvals, Proactive QC alerts etc. This role will also work with other members of the application development team in FNS and other program areas to develop code based on the existing and new requirements, as well as the NC FAST business team in the FNS area, FNS stake holders and work with the agile team as well for testing the code for FNS. This role also will collaborate with the release team for source control and code build and release related activities for the FNS area of the code. This role needs strong working experience in Java and IBM Curam framework to understand, design and an develop the underlying rules for the FNS and SNAP products to develop and support batches for FNS payment error rate reduction efforts, Interfaces, and others.
