Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a delivery driver to operate company vehicles and ensure courteous, efficient delivery and pickup of packages within the station's service area.

You will perform related customer service functions, check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service, and provide coverage for all assigned routes while maintaining a good driving record and safety compliance. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and read English to understand traffic signs and directions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months courier experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and directions as required by FMCSA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service.
• Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area and related customer service functions.
• Must meet and maintain FMCSA safety regulations and driving record standards.
