Job summary

Quicksilver Express Courier is seeking a delivery driver to pick up and deliver packages of various sizes in a timely, courteous manner. You will ensure equipment is in working order, inspect daily, and handle packages with safety in mind.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. No formal delivery experience is required, but helpful. You will use a smartphone app to communicate tasks and must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be literate and fluent in English.
• No delivery experience required but helpful.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 7 years proven safe driving record. No more than 1 minor moving violation in past 3 years or DUI/Careless Driving in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages safely and in a timely manner.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Be available for assigned and on-call shifts.
• Wear uniform shirt, jacket, ID badge, black or navy slacks, and approved footwear.
• Communicate and complete tasks via a smartphone application.
• Assist with loading/unloading as required.
• Maintain professional relations with customers and colleagues.
