Position Summary

RCM Healthcare Services is hiring school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for positions in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. This role involves delivering speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule / Shift

• Shift details: Monday–Friday following school schedule
• Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Contract length: 2026–2027 school year

Key Duties

• Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students
• Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
• Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans

Requirements

• Required: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Required: SLP License and Registration in state of Arkansas
