Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a local contract nurse RN Case Management Manager for a 13-week local contract in Banning, California. The role requires leadership of Case Management and Social Services, with a focus on CMS regulation, quality coordination, and efficient discharge planning.

The position offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and guaranteed hours for travel and local contracts, with weekly pay and holiday pay as part of TRA’s benefits.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in acute care case management, utilization management, social services, care coordination, or discharge planning in hospital settings.
• Knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, California Title 22 regulations, utilization review, discharge planning, and payer requirements.
• Experience leading both Case Management and Social Services departments.
