Position Overview:

Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care in a hospital setting. The therapist will support patients requiring respiratory treatments, monitoring, and related interventions while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Requirements
Active Respiratory Therapist license appropriate for Connecticut
Respiratory Therapy experience in a hospital/acute-care setting
Strong knowledge of respiratory care procedures and equipment
Ability to assess and monitor patients' respiratory status
Experience providing respiratory treatments and supporting patients with respiratory needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
BLS, ACLS , and other required credentials per facility requirements
