13 week local contract starting 4/20/2026.

Night Shift: (7pm-7am), every 3rd weekend is required, holiday commitment required. Weekdays and every 3rd weekend required. .9 posting-36 hours a week, 3x12 shifts per week Department did note that they have multiple needs 7 days a week so there maybe reasonably flexible scheduling during Monday through Friday, aside from the every 3rd weekend.

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) practices at the level of a clinically competent to proficient practitioner of respiratory care. -The RRT at this level demonstrates competence in caring for patients with emergency, acute, and intensive care needs with minimal guidance. -The RRT demonstrates clinical leadership skills through contribution to standards of care and department goals. -The RRT works under the direction of ordering physician/clinician, established organizational policies and procedures, and the American Association of Respiratory Care Clinical Practices Guidelines. -They serve as a role model for other staff, a preceptor for new employees and participates in endeavors to increase respiratory care knowledge.
