LanceSoft is seeking a Physician Assistant for Family Practice on a local contract in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The role focuses on comprehensive, team-based care for elderly/disabled patients within the PACE program, with about 70 pacientes and a 40-hour workweek.

You will provide primary care, manage chronic and acute conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across clinic, home, nursing home, and phone/in-basket coverage, using EPIC EMR.
