Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Physician Assistant Endocrinology for a local contract position in Bronx, NY. You will join a dynamic endocrinology team, evaluating and managing diabetes, thyroid disorders, and metabolic diseases in collaboration with physicians.

The role requires a Master’s degree, NCCPA certification, active NY license with DEA, and 1–2 years of endocrinology or internal medicine experience; CGM or insulin pump experience is a plus. 40 hours weekly, 52 weeks, days shift.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA Board Certification.
• Active State PA License with DEA and prescriptive authority.
• 1-2 years of Endocrinology or Internal Medicine experience preferred.
• Experience with CGM or insulin pumps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, histories, and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage endocrine conditions (diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, metabolic disorders).
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results.
• Initiate and adjust medications including insulin and hormone therapies.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
