Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a local contract RN Telemetry in San Antonio, TX. Start 10/12/2026 for 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on day shifts.

Must have 2 years acute care experience and at least 1 year telemetry; current RN license and CPR-BLS required. TRA offers contract security, weekly pay, and benefits including a 401k option and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Acute Care nursing experience with a minimum one year currently in Telemetry.
• Graduate of an accredited School of nursing.
• Active license/certification to practice; CPR-BLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN telemetry care to assigned patients.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes per unit protocol.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure timely patient care.

Minimum Education

Minimum Experience

Required Certification/Licensure

• Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. Must meet all certification requirements for each nursing specialty supported
