Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN in the Inpatient ICU for a Wichita, Kansas contract nursing role. The assignment runs 13 weeks at 36 hours per week with 12-hour nights.

Requires KS RN license with BLS, ACLS, NIHSS; 1 year ICU RN inpatient experience; Neuro ICU experience and travel to large facilities preferred. Education: associate degree or higher; MediTech charting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or higher.
• 1 year ICU RN experience in the inpatient hospital setting.
• KS RN license; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
• Neuro ICU experience and travel to large facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Heart caths: STEMI & NSTEMI.
• Balloon pumps, Impella, TTM, and Cardioversion.
• CRRT.
• Neuro patients: EVDs, thrombectomy, and coiling.
• Central lines and arterial lines.
• Medication drips: vasoactives, sedatives, paralytics.
