Job summary

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing seeks a local contract RN for the ED/ER and Med/Surg dual role in Luverne, MN. The assignment runs 13 weeks with a 3x12s Fri–Sun rotating schedule, including weekend day/night shifts.

Candidate must have dual ER/Med/Surg experience, EPIC proficiency, and an active Minnesota RN license. The position requires 36 hours per week, 1:4 ratios, and a rotating schedule with weekend orientation prior to start.

Qualifications

• Proven competency in Med/Surg care and telemetry monitoring.
• Experience with respiratory management (High-Flow O2, CPAP, BiPAP).
• Dual ER/Med/Surg experience and EPIC proficiency required.
• Minnesota RN licensure preferred at submission.

Responsibilities

• Work 3x12 hour shifts on a Fri–Sun rotating schedule.
• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department and Med/Surg units.
• Document care and chart in EPIC with 1:4 nurse:patient ratios.
• Float as needed between ER and Med/Surg based on census.

Schedule, Licensing & Preference Filters

Strict Day/Night Rotation (Fri–Sun): Candidates MUST be willing to work both day and night shifts on a 3x12 weekend schedule (Friday–Sunday). Candidates seeking a fixed shift will be immediately rejected.

Licensure Alert

Active Minnesota (MN) RN License is strongly preferred at the time of submittal.

Mandatory Orientation Block

Candidate must commit to weekday orientation the week of 11/03/2026 and weeknight orientation the week of 11/09/2026 before entering their regular weekend rotation.
