PediaStaff is seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our dynamic team. Job Details

• Schedule: Days and hours may vary dependent on caseload, very flexible
• Dates: Positions would start ASAP, end date to be discussed, but prefer long‑term contract
• Hours: Daytime hours
• Setting: Meet with clients in various settings i.e., homes, daycares, schools
• Caseload: Starts off with a caseload of approximately 15–20 hours worth of cases weekly, can grow to full‑time dependent on coverage area

Key Responsibilities

• Work with assigned Speech‑Language Pathologist to regularly monitor and document a child's progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
• Involve families in the therapy process, providing support, education, and guidance to extend therapeutic gains into daily routines
• Work closely with other therapists and professionals within the clinic and community to provide integrated care and interdisciplinary support
• Collaborate with assigned Speech‑Language Pathologist regarding treatment provision
