Job summary

Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Electrophysiology Technician for a 26-week assignment in Overland Park, Kansas. The role involves working in a cardiac cath lab or electrophysiology lab, performing diagnostic tests such as ECGs and EPS, and supporting physicians during arrhythmia procedures.

The technician will monitor vital signs, participate in ablation procedures as needed, and help operate lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in electrophysiology settings.

Responsibilities

Stability Healthcare is looking for a Electrophysiology Tech Allied contract position in Overland Park, KS. EP technicians typically work in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or electrophysiology lab, and their job duties may include performing diagnostic tests, such as electrocardiograms (ECGs) and electrophysiology studies (EPS), which involve inserting specialized catheters into the heart to measure electrical activity.

They also assist physicians during procedures to correct arrhythmias, such as cardiac ablation, by monitoring patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms and helping to operate equipment.

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
