Job summary

Medlivo Inc is seeking a CRNA for a locum tenens contract in Los Angeles, CA. Schedule includes mostly night shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM or 9:00 PM–7:30 AM) with credentialing around 90 days. Start per credentialing, 13-week duration, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, anesthesia planning, and management of general, regional, and MAC anesthesia. Active CA license and board certification are required; licensing candidates are not accepted.

• Board-certified CRNA required.
• Active California license required.
• Temporary licenses are not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients.
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer and manage general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Continuously monitor airway, ventilation, vital signs, and hemodynamic status.
• Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain and nausea management.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff.

Position Highlights & Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor airway, ventilation, vital signs, and hemodynamic status.
• Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Provide post-anesthesia care, including pain and nausea management.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff.
• Primarily weekday night-shift coverage in a Los Angeles medical center.
