Job summary

NEFCO is a construction supply company delivering to contractors and supporting them with the products they need. The ideal driver will be 23+ with experience driving 24’–26’ commercial vehicles, focused on timely local deliveries to commercial construction sites and home offices.

CDL preferred but not required. This role includes pre-trip inspections, accurate loading/unloading, keeping manifests, and providing courteous service.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years or older and able to drive 24’/26’ commercial vehicles.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and maintain Medical Card.
• Excellent knowledge of the local delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicle, paperwork, and loaded product.
• Make deliveries to customer job sites and home offices.
• Load inventory on truck and unload at sites while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate with dispatcher and branch logistics as needed.
• Provide timely, accurate, and courteous customer service.
• Keep manifests complete and accurate.
