Job summary

Visiting Angels Bettendorf is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in Clarence, IA to assist seniors in the Quad Cities area. You will support daily living, mobility, meal preparation, and transportation with a focus on safety and dignity.

We offer training opportunities and flexible shifts, including Full Time, Part Time, and PRN, with pay ranging from $14 to $16 per hour. Benefits include Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance and Holiday Pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication and compassionate care mindset.
• Ability to assist with mobility and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist with mobility.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and routine exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients' input.
• Shop for groceries or accompany clients on shopping trips.
• Perform light housekeeping and be a supportive companion.
• Report unusual incidents and respond quickly in emergencies.
