Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General cleanup, sweeping, and debris removal on the project.
• Clean up work area and equipment as needed.
• Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs before applying materials.
• Unload materials and tools from work trucks.
• Sweep and clean roofs for new roofing materials.
• Remove old roofing materials.
• Clear drains and downspouts; clean gutters.
• Set ladders, scaffolds, and hoists for transporting supplies to roofs.
• Assist skilled roofers with installing and repairing roofs, flashings, and surfaces.
