XPO is hiring a Class B Local Truck Driver in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on safe operation of straight trucks, customer service, and compliant loading/unloading of freight within state regulations.

Qualified candidates will have a Class B CDL, no air brake restriction, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a DOT drug test and company physical. Endorsements such as HazMat/Tank are a plus.

Qualifications

• To be 21 years of age or older.
• Class B CDL without air brake restriction.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positives or refusals.
• Pass a company-paid DOT physical and pre-hire test.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours daily including day/night/weekends.
• Ability to obtain Federal Medical Certificate and non-exempt interstate status.
• Willing to obtain HazMat and tank endorsements within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a straight truck (GVWR 26,001 lb. or more).
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
• Operate a straight truck per state intrastate regulations.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack to load/unload freight.
