Job summary

XPO is seeking a Class B Local Truck Driver for Manheim, PA. You’ll safely operate a straight truck, load and unload freight, and provide excellent service to customers while meeting schedule targets.

Requirements: Class B CDL (no air brake restriction), 21+, clean driving record, ability to pass a DOT drug test and pre-hire physical, and willingness to work a 10:00am–6:30pm shift, with potential weekends. This is a full-time position with health, life and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Class B CDL without air brake restriction.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no prior positives or refusals.
• Pass a company DOT physical and pre-hire test.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours per day, including day/night/weekend shifts.
• Possess or obtain Federal Medical Certificate and non-exempt interstate status.
• Hazardous materials and tank endorsements within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck (GVWR ≥ 26,001 lb).
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
• Operate according to state regulations for intrastate straight trucks.
• Use forklift and pallet jack to load/unload freight.
