Job summary

Safety Kleen in Wilkes Barre, PA is seeking a Local Class B Route Driver to join our safety-conscious team. You will be responsible for pickups of waste oil and antifreeze at customer locations such as garages, dealerships, and fleet facilities.

You will operate a Class B tanker with 10–15 stops per day, sample collection, and occasional lead generation while upholding health and safety as the priority. Local Monday–Friday, home nightly, benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum Class B CDL required.
• Manual transmission (no restrictions).
• Must have Tanker endorsements.
• Previous route experience preferred.
• Ability to use a handheld device (ELD).
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Class B tanker, making 10–15 stops per day.
• Pumps out tanks and drums using hoses; collects samples.
• Generates new leads in the field at customer locations.
• Maintains Health and Safety as the top priority in all tasks.

As a Local Class B Route Driver you will be responsible for pickup of waste oil and anti-freeze at customer locations such as garages, automotive dealerships, quick change oil companies, fleet maintenance facilities, bus companies, airports and rental car companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Will operate a Class B Tanker, making 10-15 stops per day
• Pump out tanks and drums using hoses; Sample collection.
