Job summary

The Onward Freight team in Cicero, IL is seeking a motivated Local Class B Distribution Driver to deliver alcohol to bars, restaurants, and hotels, and to inspect and prepare the vehicle for daily runs. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and maintaining safety standards throughout all shifts.

Ideal candidates will hold a Class B CDL, have route delivery experience, and at least one year of Class A driving history.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class B license.
• At least 1 year of Class A driving experience.
• Experience delivering to bars/restaurants/hotels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver alcohol to bars, restaurants and hotels.
• Load and unload trailer; heavy touch required.
• Start around 6am with about 15–20 stops per day.
• Inspect vehicle condition and maintain safety while driving.
