Clean Harbors is seeking a Local Class A Tanker Driver to join our safety‑driven team in the Nashville, TN area. This role covers a route from Smithfield, KY to Independence, MO and typically averages 60 hours per week. The position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and home most evenings.

Drivers earn $90K–$120K per year, with hourly wages paid for all on‑duty non‑driving time, and comprehensive benefits after 30 days. Equal opportunity employer with a strong safety culture and training support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Minimum 3 months of tanker experience.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to operate required mobile apps and related software.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer tanker units.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and loaded/unloaded.
• Follow DOT and company safety policies at all times.
• Maintain accurate logs, time sheets, and trip reports.
• Adhere to weight limits and proper unit utilization.
