Clean Harbors is seeking a Local Class A Tanker Driver to join our safety-conscious team in Nashville, TN. The role runs from Nashville to Greenbrier and averages about 60 hours per week with a $7,500 sign-on bonus and home earned evenings.

Drivers earn an estimated $90k–$120k per year with comprehensive benefits after 30 days. The position emphasizes health and safety, DOT compliance, and exceptional load securement practices across hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• Minimum 3 months of tanker experience.
• Ability to climb and work from heights and lift 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with mobile applications and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Operates tractor trailer tanker units.
• Adheres to weights and proper unit utilization.
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Properly secures loads and placards vehicle per DOT requirements.
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Prioritizes Health and Safety in all work activities.
