Job summary

Clean Harbors in South Portland, ME is seeking a Class A Driver to transport hazardous and nonhazardous materials by tanker truck to local branches and back to our oil terminal for processing. The role requires a Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement and Hazmat endorsement eligibility.

You will operate pumps, maintain daily reports, and prioritize health and safety on every shift, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and occasional overnight trips.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicle.
• 1+ year tanker experience.
• Ability to travel 10% as required by business needs.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time.
