Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a Class A Route Delivery Driver in Eagan, MN. You will operate a company motor vehicle to transfer freight safely and efficiently to and from specified locations by a set time, unloading and reloading freight as needed and completing all required paperwork.

This non-exempt role features Monday–Friday schedules (6am–4pm) with home daily routes, and opportunities for reliable hours, benefits, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience with a clean record.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred or willing to obtain; renewals reimbursable.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment skills assessment is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Deliver and/or pick up freight to/from customer locations or terminals as instructed.
• Ensure all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and accompanies shipments.
• Load and unload freight, with or without mechanical assistance, at customer locations and terminals.

Skills

Valid Class A CDL

Age 21+

1 year driving experience

No DUI/DWI (3 years)

No more than 3 traffic violations (3y)

Hazmat/Tanker endorsements or willing

Pre-employment skills assessment
