Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Local Class A P&D Driver in Abilene, TX. The role offers $33.00 per hour (All straight time) with a Monday - Friday schedule starting at 9 AM until finish, and regional routes that provide home daily.

You will haul LTL, handle touch freight with a pallet jack, offload weight with pallet jack, lift 50 lbs, and operate a 53' dry van. Hazmat endorsement and a valid CDL-A are required, along with a DOT Medical Card and FMCSA Clearinghouse clearance.

Qualifications

• Hazmat endorsement and valid Class A CDL required.
• DOT Medical Card and FMCSA Clearinghouse clearance required.
• 1 year CDL experience in past 3 years; clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regional routes / Home daily.

Driving Requirements

• 22+ years of age
• Hazmat endorsement required
• Valid Class A CDL license

• 1 year CDL experience (within the past 3 years)
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (within the past 3 years)
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (within the past 5 years)
