Job summary

TCI Transportation in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Class A Local Flatbed Driver to handle local deliveries and secure loads for customers. The role involves operating flatbed and curtain-side equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and load security.

Expect Monday–Friday schedules with start times between 2:00 AM and 5:30 AM, approx. 10-hour shifts, and home daily with no layovers. Competitive pay is $33/hour with overtime after 40 hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with recent (last 2 years) experience.
• Flatbed or curtain-side exposure preferred and load securement knowledge required.
• Satisfactory driving record and verifications over the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate flatbed and curtain-side equipment.
• Check and confirm load securement before departure.
• Complete local deliveries in Portland and Longview areas.
• Maintain a safe, professional relationship with customers and helpers.
