Job summary

MCG Tran is seeking a driver to haul pallets of frozen meat in reefer trailers from the Ft Morgan DC to a Commerce City drop yard. You will unload palletized meat at the customer site using a dolly, electric pallet jack, and liftgates.

This is a remote domicile for the Cargill account in Denver, CO with no on-site management. Onboarding and training occur in Denver, CO, and the role requires a high level of customer service in frequent interactions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 85 lbs.
• Excellent customer service with frequent interactions.
• Experience in physically demanding driving role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Haul pallets of frozen meat in reefer trailers from the Ft Morgan DC to Commerce City drop yard.
• Unload palletized meat to freezers at the customer site using a dolly, electric pallet jack, and liftgates.
• Operate dolly, electric pallet jack, and liftgates for unloading; ensure safe handling of loads.
• Assist other DCS/JBI accounts as needed; role is highly physical and requires strong customer interactions.

Position Details:

• Driver will haul pallets of frozen meat in reefer trailers from the DC in Ft Morgan, CO to a drop yard in Commerce City, CO.
  • At the receiver, the driver will unload palletized meat to freezers at the customer site
    • Driver will utilize a dolly, electric pallet jack, and liftgates to unload
    • Boxes average 10-85lbs. Driver must be willing and able to lift up to 85lbs when needed

Special Requirements:

• • This is a remote domicile for the Cargill account in Denver CO
    • There is not management onsite
  • Driver is required to onboard and train in Denver, CO
• Driver is required to help other DCS/JBI accounts as needed
• Position can be extremely physical
• High level of customer service is needed due to frequent customer interaction
