Job summary

Dreisbach Enterprises is seeking experienced Class A drivers for local freight deliveries in the Bay Area, CA. These full-time roles offer home nightly with a night shift differential.

Position requires a current Class A license, DOT medical card, and 2+ years of experience. You will drive Class A semi trucks, communicate with dispatch, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining DOT logs.

Qualifications

• Current Class A License & DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum of 2 years Class A driving experience.
• Clean DMV record; printout within last 30 days.
• Clean drug, alcohol and criminal record.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Team player with good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Must be able to climb in and out of the truck.
• Must work in extreme weather conditions (hot weather, rain, cold).

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles in a safe, courteous manner.
• Handle local freight deliveries and be home nightly.
• Communicate with dispatchers on routing and trip updates.
• Provide friendly and timely pickups and deliveries to customers.
• Keep DOT required logs and comply with regulations.
