Job summary

CDL Drivers Choice is hiring a Class A driver for local routes within 200 miles of Chicagoland. The role pays $30 per hour with home daily hours and a Monday–Saturday schedule.

The position is solo with no touch freight and vehicles include dry van and reefer. Candidates should have at least 7 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years and meet MVR/background checks requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 7 months tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• MVR and background check must be acceptable.
• Age 23 or older.
• Driving within 200 miles of Chicagoland.

Responsibilities

• Local Class A driving within 200 miles of Chicagoland.
• Home daily with a Monday–Saturday schedule.
• No touch freight.
• Operate dry van and reefer equipment as needed.
