BlueLinx Corporation is looking for professional truck drivers to join our team. You will deliver freight with a focus on safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service, with home every night and weekend in this role.

The position requires a valid Class A CDL, at least 21 years old, and 12 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years. Starting pay is $30.76 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture that supports growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 12 months of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Safe Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Properly secure loads. NO tarping – ONLY strapping
• Accurate and timely delivery of freight and handling of customer product returns when required
• Manage Proof of Delivery paperwork from customers
• Interact professionally with customers and communicate customer issues
• Maintain daily safety checklist and perform all required DOT inspections
• Maintain electronic logbook and complete trip reports
• Direct the unloading by customers, when required
