Ryder offers paid training, 40-hour weeks, and a 7-day operation with various start times. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid at 30 and 90 days, with routes that minimize overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and valid Class A CDL with endorsements as required.
• Pass Ryder drug test, background, and motor vehicle checks for last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Experience: 9 months/2 years/5 years in various timeframes as stated, with ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company guidelines.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards and maintain logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist as required by the customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
