J Rose Logistics is seeking a CDL A driver based in Casa Grande, AZ. You will handle local and regional routes from the Walmart DC, delivering to stores within 225 miles, with 8–15 loads weekly and 3–4 stops per load. This daily home position offers steady hours and modern equipment.

Flexibility to work nights/weekends is required, and you must reside within 50 miles of Casa Grande. DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities & Fleet Details

• The Launch Point: All routes originate daily from the Walmart Distribution Center located in Casa Grande, AZ.
• The Lanes: Safely execute local/regional loops delivering directly to retail stores within a strict 225-mile radius of the DC.
• Multi-Stop Logistics: Manage 8 to 15 loads per week, with an average of 3 to 4 store stops per load.

Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
• Shift Flexibility: Because retail runs 24/7, drivers must be willing and able to work any assigned shift (including weekends and night/early AM dispatches).
• Commute & Operation: This is a daily slip-seat day cab operation. Trucks must remain at the yard, so drivers must have reliable personal transportation to commute daily to the Casa Grande distribution center.
• Must live within 50 miles of Casa Grande, AZ.
• Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
