Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to join our team in Texarkana and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for transporting and replenishing shelves with beverages, ensuring product availability and optimal displays on local routes.

Starting pay ranges from $22.60 to $28.45 per hour, with additional earning opportunities including incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Minimum 1 year of general work experience and a valid Class-A CDL are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL per FMCSA with no interstate restrictions.
• Clean driving record and compliant with DOT qualifications.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• At least 1 year of general work experience required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on local routes.

Responsibilities

• Check load accuracy and stability before transport.
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products per standards.
• Communicate with coworkers, customers and shoppers.
• Settle accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Collect company assets and secure property.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
