Penske is seeking CDL Class A truck drivers for a dedicated route based out of Cottonwood, CA. The position offers a stable, full-time role with weekly home time and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will operate late-model Penske trucks, perform loading/unloading duties, and follow a strict schedule with a 4-day work week and early dispatch. Excellent pay with incentive opportunities and a driver referral program enhance earnings and career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; must be domiciled in the U.S.
• DOT medical card required or ability to obtain one
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal/state laws and company rules
• Regular, predictable, full attendance expected
• English language proficiency required
• Background check and drug screening required
• Position regulated as safety sensitive under DOT
