Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED Certification, or equivalent work experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License; heavy haul experience is a plus.
• Three years’ commercial driving experience required.
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Must pass a DOT physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre and post trip inspections of all vehicles.
• Transport materials to SA Recycling facilities as directed.
• Secure all cargo for safe transport.
• Report safety or equipment issues to management.
• Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service status.

Skills

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License

Three years’ commercial driving experience

Manual transmission operation

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Education
