The McPherson Companies in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Lubes Delivery Agent to ensure uninterrupted supply by delivering lubricants safely and on time. You will load, drive, and unload, while adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.

Requirements include a CDL Class A with tanker endorsement, 3+ years driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. This role includes night routes, potential sign-on bonus, and opportunities for overtime and incentives.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement and valid Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Ability to read/speak English to interact with the public and to complete reports.
• Knowledge of local delivery area and safe driving practices.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lubricant products safely and on time.
• Load and unload product per policy and regulations.
• Operate a vehicle to designated locations.
• Maintain DOT-compliant electronic logs.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintain clean and safe vehicle and assist dispatch.
