Forward’s local division is hiring Class A CDL Company Drivers in Carter Lake, IA to run local pickup and delivery routes for our customers. This full‑time role features a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, home every day with family and friends, and a strong benefits package.

Compensation includes $33.00 per hour, with expected annual pay of $68,000–$85,000, plus performance bonuses, 401(k) with employer match, and stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• 12 months of driving experience in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate local pickup and delivery routes to customers.
• Maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8AM–5PM.
• Perform warehouse swaps, possible yard work, and drop & hook freight.
