Job summary

Straitline Transportation, LLC in Des Moines, IA seeks a Class A CDL Driver to lead local home-daily operations. You will load and unload pneumatic and hopper trailers and make deliveries within Des Moines and nearby cities, starting and ending each day in Des Moines. The schedule is Monday–Friday with about 60 hours per week.

You will be paid per load, with a gross weekly average of $1,750–$1,850. Great benefits include sign-on bonus, safety and longevity bonuses, health/dental/vision coverage

Qualifications

2+ years verifiable Class A driving experience.
Good driving record.
Pneumatic trailer experience preferred but not required.
Able to drive manual transmission.

Responsibilities

Load and unload pneumatic and hopper trailers daily.
Complete local deliveries to Des Moines and nearby cities.
Begin and end your day in Des Moines.
Communicate effectively between Operations and on-site Customer.
Monday-Friday, no weekends.
About 60 hours per week on average.
