Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a reliable Class A CDL Delivery Driver in Othello, WA to transport building materials to customer sites. You will ensure on-time deliveries, handle loading/unloading, and provide excellent service while complying with DOT and company safety standards.

Responsibilities include securing cargo, completing delivery paperwork, and maintaining vehicle safety checks. Prior experience and a clean MVR are preferred; forklift operation may be required in some routes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/ GED required.
• English literacy and basic math skills required.
• 1 year delivery driving experience preferred.
• Able to obtain DOT Medical Card within 5 days of request.
• Valid Class A CDL and clean MVR with <5 moving violations in 5 yrs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver building materials and products per scheduled routes.
• Load and/or assist with loading, secure cargo.
• Position vehicles for loading/unloading and verify equipment placement.
• Assist customers with unloading and protect property.
• Verify order accuracy against invoices and shipping documents.
• Complete delivery documentation (mileage, locations, quantities, weights).
• Serve as primary contact with customers during deliveries.
• Maintain professional demeanor and deliver outstanding service.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; maintain DOT records.
• Use handheld devices for reporting when vehicle is idle.
• Follow all safety regulations and attend training as required.
• Keep vehicles clean and professional in appearance.
• Operate forklifts to load/unload and move materials as needed.
• Process product returns and related documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
