DLM Pro in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a local, home-daily driving position. You'll run 1,300 miles per week on Virginia and Maryland routes, with a 7:00 AM start and a 5-day work week including weekends.

Trucks are late-model automatics and you will load/unload using an electric pallet jack. The role offers a strong weekly pay of about $1,600–$1,700, with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to load and unload using a pallet jack.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Safe driving record.
• Personal vehicle required for daily commute to the terminal.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight using an electric pallet jack.
• Operate late-model automatic transmission trucks on local Virginia/Maryland routes.
• Deliver to distribution centers and return loads daily.
• Home daily with two consecutive days off per week.
• Start times around 7:00 AM; 5-day work week including weekends.
